Personal Training Sessions - 1 on 1

Personal training sessions are conducted in Health Cartel founder's home gym located in the heart of Bondi Junction. 

Train with her in a local gym in the Bondi Junction area. No need to buy a gym membership. Health Cartel's training sessions include 60 minutes of personal training, personalised and periodised training programs updated every 4 weeks and access to their client app which enables you to see all the exercises Heatlh Cartel assigns to you.

Individually Tailored

Your comprehensive nutritional or personal training program will be tailored to your circumstances & goals. No two programs are the same as everyone moves differently and has different goals.

Nutritional Advice & Training

We offer both nutritional advice & face to face personal training. You can either choose to train with Health Cartel face to face, or you can do online training if coming to Bondi Junction is not possible. Click on Services to read more.
