Sign up for my 12 week nutritional coaching plan that involves an extensive dietary & lifestyle analysis. This 12 week program includes:

  • 60 minute initial consultation (face to face or online)
  • Weekly check in for accountability (via message or phone call)
  • Monthly follow up consultation to track progress (face to face or online)
  • Detailed nutritional guidelines and/or meal plan as agreed with you during the initial assessment. This is updated every 4 weeks according to progress.
  • Nutritional supplementation (if needed)
  • Lifestyle recommendations for long term results.
  • Skin folds every month (taken during the follow up consultation) to track body composition changes.
  • Monthly recipe eBook which included delicious recipes that are aligned with your goals.

We can conduct consultations in person, or via Zoom or Skype, whichever you prefer. 

*Please note that to take skin folds, a face to face consultation is required. Although this is a great way to track progress, if face to face consultations are not an option, there are other methods we can use.
